Entrance Requirements: 17 hours of mixed Pilates lessons
Program Description: 450 hours of lectures, advisor meetings, an internship and exams to be
completed within 6 months. Those completing the program will be proficient performing and teaching
up through and including the intermediate level on all pieces of equipment. Upon finishing the program,
participants will receive a certificate of completion and meet eligibility requirements to take the PMA
certification exam. Payment plans for this program are available.
Cost: $4,330.00 (includes all fees, books and exams) plus lessons (amount for lessons vary per
student)

The Pilates Center Intermediate Program is six months long and requires a minimum of three trips
(10 days long) to Boulder, Colorado or to a Licensed Studio. Students should expect to dedicate a
minimum of 15 hours per week to their Internship. The program may be started at any time.
