The Pilates Center offers private lessons and group classes with certified instructors for individuals of all ability levels.

Studio Hours:

Monday & Wednesday - 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Saturday 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
