Preparatory Program |
The Pilates Center Preparatory Program is an intensive course of Pilates lessons designed to help a prospective student achieve an intermediate-advanced level in order to be considered for The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program.
The Preparatory Program is available as a three or six-month program depending on the need of the prospective student. The three month program is $1,325 and consists of 38 lessons. The six month program is $2,650 and consists of 76 lessons. Each program is outlined by month with specific lessons.
While in the Preparatory Program, students will read Return to Life by Joseph Pilates. During the final month of the Preparatory Program, students will be invited to attend the weekly Trainee Symposiums. Students must pass the Program Evaluation ($185) to enter the Full Teacher Training Program.
